- Opened hair products (including hair oils)
- Opened eyelashes or lash extensions
- Opened hair glue or lash glue
These items are considered sealed goods that cannot be returned once opened under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

- The item is in perfect resale condition
